It can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, measuring 1.60 m wide by 2 m long.

An additional inflatable mattress (185 x 76 x 22 cm) can be requested at the time of booking, at no extra cost. This mattress is not permanently installed in the apartment; it is provided only upon request.

The apartment also includes a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with an electric towel warmer, and a private garden ideal for relaxing outdoors. Although located on the fifth floor, the apartment's hillside location provides access to its own garden and open views of the lake and the surrounding natural landscape.
